Personal Training

Experience the benefits of your own personal fitness training from our certified professionals. Prices for personal training sessions are as follows:

1 session $75 12 sessions $780

6 sessions $420 24 sessions $1440

Fitness Assessment $249 (includes Heart Rate Monitor)

Massage Therapy

Enjoy the benefits of massage therapy to ease tension and relax your muscles. We offer massaeg therapy at our Lenox location only at this time.

Tanning Beds, Sauna / Steam Room

In addition, we offer a tanning room and a sauna / steam room at our Crescent Center location.
